*SAP Project Manager* *Location : Phoenix AZ; * *Duration: 12+ months* *Notes from manager:* While this is a PM position – I am looking for someone who is totally flexible and can really step in and help where needed on the program. That may mean coordinating testing efforts, scheduling training, updating/managing the project schedule, updating/maintaining project documentation as some examples. This won’t be a standard PMI type role but will need someone with PM expertise. SAP and Payroll experience would be very beneficial so I will be giving more attention to those candidates that have that experience. *POSITION PURPOSE:* Lead project team(s) through all phases of technology projects, including requirements definition, planning, development, and implementation. Responsible for management and reporting on assigned projects, utilizing standards, methods, and techniques employed by Employee Technology. *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* § Oversees all aspects of assigned projects (including definition of project scope/objectives, development of project plan and schedule, budget and resource plan, status reporting, project development, and implementation) § Develops and oversees project team(s), including allocation of work assignments among team members § Negotiates for resources (as required) within the context of the project objectives, requirements, and priorities § Interfaces with business owner(s)/customer(s) and all other areas/individuals affected by the project § Ensures proper project document requirements and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered § Conducts project meetings; completes project tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding project progress, issues, and risks § Oversees vendors, as required; tracks/reviews vendor deliverables, approves vendor invoices/timesheets § Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team § Manages project budget; reports budget status and acts as liaison with Controller(s), as appropriate *Qualifications:* § Undergraduate degree in IT field or project management or equivalent experience/training § At least 4 years project management experience § At least 6 years IT experience § Experience with IT methodologies and project management tools § Specialized experience related to the specific project management area, as specified by the company job posting § Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies preferred § Strong organizational skills for development, management, and coordination of multiple projects/schedules § Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products § Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within organization § SAP Payroll experience a preferred *Saurabh Sharma* SAP AND IT CONSULTING SERVICES 4606 FM 1960 Rd W, Suite 400 Houston, Texas-77069 T: 281 954 5503 | (855) 647-8754 EXT 702 Email: saur...@e-infionics.com <raj...@e-infionics.com> | saurabhsysmind...@gmail.com Web: www.e-infionics.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
