Operational support for the NetApps filer environment, growing existing volumes/aggregates, migrations, breakfix, patches 2. Knowledge of Snapdrive, Snapdrive, and Snapvault 3. Understands CIFs 4. NetApp certified. * Provide operational support of the NetApps environments including on-call responsibilities. * Position requires knowledge of the NetApps hardware and software product sets including all of the following tasks: upgrades, patches, working knowledge of * Snapdrive/Snapvault/Snapmirrow, CIFS and NFS protocols, and WinTel and UNIX platforms. * Must be able to troubleshoot Level 3 problems. * NetApps Certification preferred. * Positions may require after hours and weekend work. NetApp certification preferred. EMC or HDS SAN experience a plus.
