* Ability to lead and build the design for complex websphere implementations.
* Extensive design and development experience using Websphere Application
server,
Websphere Studio and Java.
* Experience with JCA and the WBI Adapter framework
* Experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design, Web Services, and SOA
Experience with define coding standards for the team.
* Must have prior experience leading Websphere implementations using teams
larger than 5 resources.
* WebSphere studio,WebSphere Application server Core J2EE DesignPatterns, WBI,
TCF Design tools is a MUST :Rational Rose, UML
* Reporting tools - Crystal Reports
