Must have prior experience either performing system release/build management tasks or coordinating/managing these types of tasks; 2. Must have working knowledge and experience regarding various aspects of system support processes such as change management, testing cycles, system development and implementation methodologies; 3. Must be highly organized and have the ability to work with SMEs from a wide range of backgrounds in order to implement new releases of NC WIC Crossroads; 4. Good knowledge of project management practices, having the ability to apply project management concepts to a production system release management environment; 5. Knowledge of best practices for Change and Release Management, such as ITIL Change Management and Release Management best practice processes; 6. Coordinate and assist in the development of electronic and written materials for release management proposals, presentations, and status updates; 7.
