*Job Title: **CyberSecurity Technical Architect* *Location: Phoenix - AZ* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* The Customer requires an experienced SAS Security Technical Architect to design/architect/implement a Cybersecurity solution. The consultant will design and oversee the implementation of Federated authentication solutions across thick and thin clients. This position will require the consultant to have knowledge in the following areas: The Consultant must possess the ability to interface with all aspects of an IT infrastructure especially as it pertains to setting best practices, making recommendations and working with SAS to make it fit with existing IT rules. *Required Skills: * · Experience with SAS CyberSecurity Solution (major plus) · 2FA Authentication · AD, LDAP experience is a must. · SAS/SECURE knowledge and experience. · Design and oversee implementation of Federated authentication solutions across thick and thin client. · Design provisioning via web services call for thick-client access. · Script validation of security group/roles deployment · These SAS Administration skills are assumed skillsets that the Senior Consultant will have : · Experience administering SAS Platform environments, and working the other Customer Administrators aligned to support the OS & Hardware on which SAS resides. · Perform and schedule regular backups of the Metadata Server and physical files; Implement best practices for backup processes. · Experience using SAS Management Console (SMC). · Creating Users · Creating Groups · Creating Roles · Creating and securing folders · Experience with Project and Custom repositories · Creating and using Access Control Templates · Creating, deploying and scheduling jobs · Experience with SAS Configuration Wizard to administer web applications · Experience monitoring Logs from within SMC · Experience defining Servers and changing server definitions · Experience creating SAS, Teradata libraries · Server Skills. · Understanding server security and folders and how they relate to SAS folders and security. · Knowledge of SAS configuration files such as autoexec, configuration and environment files. · Starting and stopping servers. · Knowledge and experience implementing and optimizing the SAS clients mentioned above; not how to use them, but how to administer them. · Security · Ability to implement a security scheme in SAS and interfacing it with LINUX OS level security. *Responsibilities: * · Ability to work independently. Strong communication, technical teamwork and interpersonal skills are mandatory. · Manage and track SAS products inventory. · Develop processes to increase efficiency of the SAS Platform. · Establish best practices for managing the SAS environment. · Maintain awareness of new SAS releases, patches and upgrades. · Monitor the SAS servers for resource utilization and act on incidents in conjunction with the Customer Infrastructure support team. · Provide guidance and assistance to SAS developers/analysts on operational and technical issues related to SAS Administration. · Provide guidelines and establish data and metadata security. · Coordinate/perform SAS patch installations as well as major system upgrades for underlying SAS infrastructure; establish vendor relationships to execute this duty · Maintain configuration data, user access and control within all SAS -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
