*Configuration Manager - 2 year Contract - Must be local or Near to Wilmington, DE to interview in person!* *In general, the candidate would be responsible for managing branching of Java applications, Merging code and working with developers on conflict resolution, and investigating build failures. They would also move into creation and management of automated build and deployments of code through AntHill Pro or uDeploy and working with Hudson. * *As for release management skillsets, we are looking for a technical java developer skillset with a background in CI/CD* *Responsibilities: Build & Release: *Expertise building and monitoring software projects continuously with a CI Tools like AnthillPro/Hudson/Cruise Control or other similar tools Create and maintain build scripts for JAVA(Maven) and .NET applications(MSBuild) Expertise in using Maven to manage a project’s build, reporting and documentation. Ability to write custom maven plugins is a plus. Create and maintain deployment scripts of Java/J2EE Applications to any Application Server Create and maintain deployment scripts of .Net applications to IIS Server Experience writing implementation plans for installing software components on build agents, and working with application services team to execute the install Support QA regression deployments, monthly and weekly releases of applications Extensive experience with Maven build process and repository managers like Artifactory and Nexus.
