into clear of results and recommendations.

5)     Relationship building - Excellent customer service with high level

6)     Self Managing - Ability to take initiative, pursue data concerns
using available resources, reach out to stakeholders as appropriate to get
the job done

7)     Communication - Use effective communication and reporting techniques
to provide on-going internal project management and status reporting at all
levels.



1 - Designs, develops, directs, and delivers process documentation and
efforts

2 - Creates clear and concise communications in support of process
deliverables

3 - Interviews stakeholders to gather necessary understanding of As Is
processes and Gaps

4 - Document As Is processes and potential Gaps in standard formats

5 - Makes recommendations for process improvements and or enhancements

6 - Tracks all changes to work in a clear, organized manner

7 -Ensures the appropriate business process assessment and analysis (across
integrated processes) is completed to identify business process gaps and
impacts as they pertain directly to projects and programs.
