*Data Analyst*
The role of the *Data* *Analyst* is to Provide strategic and tactical
support to the organization by analyzing and interpreting the *data* to
provide creative solutions
Performs *data* analysis with regard to client requests and develops rules
and methodologies for effective *data*management.
Knowledge of *data* analysis tools and computer systems technology.
Assuring the integrity of project *data*, including *data* extraction,
storage, manipulation, processing and analysis.
Collecting and collating appropriate *data* for usage in databases and
conducting related research.
Discussing business intelligence needs or information with external clients
and internal staff.
Responsible for administration, database design, security, and maintenance.
Coding accurately variables from original information or *data* and
completing statistical analyses as required.
Preparing and making presentations, monitoring and maintaining the quality
nature of database systems.
Analyzing *data* with standard statistical methods, interpreting the
results, and providing written summary of *data*analyses.
Sharing the knowledge of analysis techniques and *data* coding with other
staff.
Working with scientists to design and develop statistical analyses, which
address projected research questions.
Participating in ongoing decisions concerning *data* collections, study
design, methodology, and *data* analysis

*Data Architect*

The role of the *Data* Architect is to plan, design and implement an
enterprise *data* environment to ensure alignment of the *data* architecture
to the business strategy to not only exceed current requirements, but to
design solutions in anticipation of future requirements.

The qualified individual will be responsible for producing and maintaining
conceptual, logical and physical *data* models, and physical *data*
architecture
of *data* warehouses, *data* marts, operational *data* stores and OLTP
application databases. The *Data* Architect will provide technical and
leadership tasks to oversee the design, development, implementation, and
maintenance of the enterprise *data* architecture across multiple lines of
business and many source systems.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
• Minimum 5+ years in dimensional and/or relational *data* modeling
• Strong analytical skills; especially experience in modeling based on
analysis of documentation and profiling of sample *data*
• Experience in *data* warehousing
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with Oracle and/or DB2
• Experience with one or more of the following database engines (Teradata,
Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience using a leading market ETL tool and a *data* modeling/design
tool preferably Informatica
• Proficiency using (CA) AllFusion ERWin R8 modeling software
• Understanding of the creation and usage of metadata
