you'll need to organize, spearhead and own the technical side of the
project. You should help to coach and mentor development team in all
aspects of the agile development life cycle
•Will be on-point to bring technical excellence to the organization and
you'll need to mentor teams
- yours and others, to help them along that path to excellence.
- You should be an advocate of the agile process and test-driven
development.
•You'll need to show technical mastery of Java / OO for large website
development

*Basic requirements:*
**Must have experience in service oriented architecture concepts such as
SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML parsing, and Web Services client and service
development*
*Strong experience with core Java/J2EE technologies
* Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Spring, Spring Data,
Spring Integration, Spring Drool, Spring Data-RS, Hibernate framework
* Experience with SQL, relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
* Knowledge in front end technologies (Ajax, JQuery) , Angular JS, Twitter
Bootstrap
*Must have the ability to collaborate within a distributed development
environment to manage and solve complex technical problems
*Broad knowledge and experience level with application architecture,
enterprise application development, integration, deployment, and support
*Demonstrated experience with client and server load generation/profiling
technologies is a plus
*Requirement analysis, scoping estimation, and strong business
collaboration skills preferred.
*Works closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to
develop optimal solutions for complex business problems using Agile
development.
*Experience in running TDD practice
*Good knowledge of Caching mechanism : EHcache, Gemfire distributed caching

*Technical Qualifications:*
*Previous hands-on Tech Lead experience leading a team of at least 3-5
members.
*10+ years of enterprise-level hands-on J2EE development experience.
*Two years of Agile Development experience.
*Able to handle complex technical project issues.
*Demonstrates strong working knowledge of OOAD methodologies and life
cycles.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an agile software
development environment, including emergent architecture, changing
requirements, and changing priorities (SCRUM, Agile, XP, etc.).
In addition, the lead developer will be a reliable team player devoted to
coach and mentor team in all aspects of technical solution.*.*
