NEED TESTERS THAT HAVE WORKED ON MAINFRAME SYSTEMS AND HAVE DONE BATCH TESTING.
Also need to have Business Analysis experience.
NEED TO KNOW HOW TO EDIT FLAT FILES TO BUILD INPUT DATA AND EXECUTE BATCH JOBS.
GENERALLY THEY ARE THE ONLY TESTERS ON THE PROJECT SO THEY NEED TO WORK
INDEPENDANTLY AND AT TIMES ALMOST WORK AS A BUSINESS ANALYST.
THESE CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE-MUTUAL FUND EXPERIENCE IS A BIG
PLUS!!!

Fortran(Nice to have)-
