Duration: 3+ Months Rate: Market POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Developer is responsible for implementing technical solutions using Java, Adobe Flex / Actionscript, .Net and SQL technologies within our packaged software products and utility programs as well as assisting with design as necessary. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: . At least 4 years primarily Java related programming and design. . Understanding of best practices in software product development SKILLS/ABILITIES: . Attention to detail and accuracy. . Good communication skills, verbal and written. . Excellent analytical and problem skills. . Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, time and resources. . Ability to work with specific deadlines. . Effective interpersonal skills; the ability to handle objections and counter feedback professionally. . Ability and willingness to travel when necessary, up to 5 %.
