Implement and configure the Oracle CRM application suite
Identify user requirements and translate into effective designs,

Work with project teams to provide knowledge and support applications

Business analysis, including requirements definition, and functional
specification.
Develop functional design documents.
Develop design and field level mappings for technical interfaces and data
conversions, working with technical team
*Qualifications*
*Minimum 3-5 years experience in implementing the Oracle CRM applications *
*Hands-on configuration experience and extremely proficient in Oracle Field
Service, Contracts, Install Base,*
Knowledge of CRM interfaces and API's
Experienced in mapping data for conversions and interfaces to CRM
applications
