*Primary Skills : *IBM Aspera Administration and Operational Support.
*Description :*
1. Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating platforms.
2. Understanding of Managed and Large file transfer services.
3. Prior experience with similar products like sterling b2b, AxWay a
plus.
4. Understanding of core infrastructure components and services
(Firewall, Network, DMZ).
5. Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
6. Understand file transfers and how they integrate with applications.
7. Knowledge of Datacenter core infrastructure, SAN, NFS, VMs, Storage,
etc..
8. Low level understand and operation of network and Web based services.
9. Proven abilities to perform triage and root cause issues with file
transfers broad components,
10. Works well with cross functional teams, in troubleshooting and
collaboration.
11. Ability to understand and apply SOPs to complex solutions.
12. Good communication skills, oral and written.
13. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
14. Knowledge of current solutions is a plus. B2B, sterling.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage High speed Large file transfer solution (Aspera) components.
* Perform user provisioning and ensure proper authentication.
* Monitor and optimize utilization of resources.
* Assure reliable operation of file transfers.
* Provide on-call support for critical transfers.
* Identify and respond to issues, drive resolution within SLAs.
