*Responsibilities:*

   - Review technical design documents to the ensure solutions correctly
   leverage the technology stack
   - Conduct design reviews to ensure the design addresses the
   corresponding functional design
   - Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture
   standards
   - Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding
   standards

*Required Skills:*

   - Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions
   - Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework
   - Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
   - Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture
   - Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)
   - Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle

*POSITION*

*Jr.  Java Software Developer*

*Downtown Columbus, OH*

*6+Months*

*$40/hr on C2C*



*Job Duties and Responsibilities: *



· Developing in a third party customizable workflow application

· Development can consist of drop-down configurations and coding
(JavaScript, Java, or Boolean logic statements)

· Participate in the effective deployment, enhancement and support
of the product.

· Research system problems, determine origin of problems, perform
corrective action, and coordinate with support.

· Test and implement technical solutions to meet business needs,
and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders while maintaining excellent
customer service and adherence with IT standards.

· Develop for integrations.

· Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software with limited
oversight.

· Perform unit/functional testing coordinating with multiple teams,
analyze and provide timely resolution of the defects found during testing.

· Follow defined change control and compliance procedures
associated with software development, including all required documentation
and governance standards.

· Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.

· Assist with upgrades, patches, and hot fixes.

· Troubleshoot problems reported by users and/or application
monitoring systems.



*Experience / Qualifications: *

· 4-year CIS or MIS degree or equivalent experience required

· Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, JavaScript, and/or Oracle PL/SQL a
plus

· Knowledge and/or experience in Agile is a plus

· Knowledge with IBM Maximo, RSA Archer, or ServiceNow is a plus
