Position:Junior QA UAT Test Coordinator
Location:Denver, CO and Minneapolis, MN
Duration:13 months Contract
Rate:$25-27/hr on C2C/1099

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Client is seeking a Project Test Coordinator with strengths coordinating
user acceptance testing of Landworks application.

RESPONSIBILITES:
*Assist with evaluating and testing software for completeness, quality,
correctness and security.
* Assist with evaluation and tests new or modified software programs and
software development procedures used to verify that programs function
according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines
*Support – Writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and test
procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of
software economically and efficiently
* Recommends testing process improvements or corrections to project
technical staff.
*Partner with business operations teams to ensure that user acceptance
testing is conducted per specifications.
*Derive and administer all aspects of change management associated with
user acceptance testing.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Foundational knowledge of Landworks platform.
*Ability to partner with external and internal teams and able to deliver
overall user acceptance plan to achieving targeted business goals and
outcomes.
*Detail oriented / forms decisions based on data driven fact.
*Identify potential problems and develop plans to prevent problems from
occurring.
*Ability to clearly identify issues and leverage as a mechanism for
effective escalation to management to aid in resolution.
*Ability to effectively synthesize actual results relative to plan
performance, including ability to understand and communicate effects of
open risks, issues, and project changes against the plan to provide clear
assessment of project status against triple constraints (cost, schedule,
and scope – in turn overall status).
*Ability to coordinate matrixed, cross functional, multi-vendor teams and
motivate team members to deliver best in class results.
* Must have ability to identify and play to team members’ strengths.
* Understands how to utilize escalation to raise issues to help remove
obstacles and clear road blocks impacting team performance.  Escalates when
appropriate
