This individual is very hands-on with codes and capable to developing proof of concepts on his/her own. In addition, the individual will be setting budgets, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects and work-streams and working with other internal teams. He/she must be able to operate independently and autonomously. Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence and leadership skills are all essential.
