Title: Performance Tester(Urgent) posted on 2013-10-10 15:23:59 Job Description:Performance Tester Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 1 year PHONE INTERVIEW Start Date – Very soon Visa –H1B Performance Test Engineer - Proven experience with using Performance center and LoadRunner - Meet with the project team, determine architectural challenges, performance objectives, offer insight as to beneficial areas of assessment, determine partnered efforts, data needs, schedule, etc. - Develop performance test plans - Develop VUGen scripts for applications and services needing performance assessments - Coordinate all resources necessary for appropriate test execution - Execute performance assessments - Analyze results, researching and retesting where issues are concerning or inconsistent - Summarize results of performance assessments (provide normalizing data techniques) - Communicate results of performance assessments to the team - Prepare and present a meaningful performance report for the project team and mgt. - Provide performance improvement recommendations - Experienced in creating baseline strategies - Capable of applying patches to the tool and addressing issues with HP support - *Capable of filling the role of Automated Test Engineer - Maintain existing QTP/UFT scripts - Develop new QTP/UFT framework and scripts as new features are released - Provide a weekly summary report of daily executions - Apply QTP patches as needed* Senior level resource *(7+ years minimum)* with experience in HP LoadRunner Performance Center and QTP. Candidates need LoadRunner expertise but should also have QTP expertise. Both skills are needed. Candidates should have expertise with LoadRunner/Performance Center 11 or higher and QTP 10 or higher.
