Responsibilities: The Data Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing direct operational support for Go To Market Tools and Operations team’s annual Sales planning (G4G) initiative. The primary responsibilities will be focused on ensuring the data from source to target is complete and accurate, including field level data quality. Will need to use your SQL, Salesforce reports and dashboard expertise including setting up Access extract from source to target to reconcile at various points. Resource will work with cross functional departments, including Sales Planning and Strategy, Quota, Compensation, IT and Sales leaders to report finding through root cause analysis. You must be analytical, out of the box and on your feet thinker with the ability to pinpoint issues before they become a problem. Your source data will include, but not limited to, Accounts, Customers, territory data, Quota, Comp etc . You will also document the processes and steps taken for the analysis.
