Location: Herndon, VA - Fannie Mae Length: 6 months Description: CM Analyst: 1-3 yrs Change, Configuration, and Release management training and experience ensuring compliance to regulatory, enterprise and cluster configuration management standards. 1-3 yrs experience using and administering standard CM tools (Clearcase, ClearQuest, Quality Center); Database Systems and Application Servers (e.g. Sybase, Oracle) to manage software change and deployment. Main responsibilities for this junior level CM analyst are: - Monitor work queues - Assess and assign service request tickets - Execute and modify IBM-Rational ClearQuest queries - Assemble weekly activity reports - Compile monthly summary reports Secondary responsibilities include process engineering of change and release management workflow as well as providing back-up to peers. Qualified candidate will participate in cross-functional team meetings through various software life cycle phases and support rollout/implementation of Configuration Management automation and upgrades.
