Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *SAP APO consultant * *Houston, Texas* *Sub Con* *Rate: $65/hr on C2C* · The SAP APO consultant will work with SAP Functional consultants and Technical Developers to support and implement client’s global processes primarily using standard + customized SAP APO solution as well as other external interfaces supporting business process. · The primary responsibility of this position is to manage, coordinate, support and perform incidents requirements analysis, provide incident resolutions, develop Functional/Technical design for development and ensure the quality of development by Testing business cases and Technical scenarios. · Also the next level can be to propose process improvement plans for improved decision support. · Preferably *6+ years of work experience in SAP SCM APO specifically in PPDS (primary) and Demand Planning and related modules* *Responsibilities * · The criteria for differentiating between skill levels are breadth (primarily Supply Chain, SD areas) and depth of SAP module knowledge (cross-functional integration), extent of external networking (best practice and solution development), leadership skills, and years of experience. · Responsible for consulting with other SAP team members for fulfilling business requirements across Supply chain functional areas. The objective of this activity is to gain alignment between the business clients and functional teams to develop the optimal solution to business requirements along with time estimation, also delivering a solution that complies with specified standards and levels of maintainability · Responsible for areas like APO PPDS for process industry and Demand Planning. · Responsible for the implementation of technical changes for the agreed upon solution for Break fix or enhancements. The objective of this activity is to achieve a reliable, stable system operation with a minimum of SAP customization. · Responsible for following and ensuring of the execution of all appropriate documentation, testing, technical design, quality assurance and management of change requirements. Additionally, the position is responsible for influencing continuous improvement in these areas. The objective of this activity is to ensure a consistent development methodology to achieve operational excellence and control requirements. · Responsible for collaboration and leadership with other areas regarding technical design, cross-functional process integration and testing to influence the achievement of an optimal, integrated solution. · Responsible for taking an active role within established teams, guidelines, timeframes and scopes with minimal supervision to provide solutions, and for other reasonable tasks as given by supervisor or manager. *Qualifications * This position requires a minimum of 6 years of IS&T experience with a minimum of 5 years working experience in SAP APO: · *SAP SCM 5.0 or higher * · *Principal skill to be PPDS * · *Must have knowledge of DP, SNP, CIF and relevant BW * · *Good to have GATP knowledge * · *Good to have experience for PP-PI industry * · *Should be aware of the Latest technologies in SCM like IBP, etc. * · *Experience of Rollouts and Support process (ITIL) * · Conversant with Tech. writing w.r.t.
