We are really looking for someone that is more of a development DBA.

We know each organization could call these candidates something else, but
we are looking for someone who is good at working with the developer teams
to do query performance/tuning, framework development through
transact SQL procedure/function creation, etc.

This is not a “system” database administrator, which are the more
traditional DBA roles

This is more of what would be called a “development” database
administrator. They would bring the skills we mention above

We’re looking for someone more heavily on the development DBA side, but
that also has the more traditional system DBA skills.

*Thanks and Regards,*
