Business Analyst/Architect with working with health informatics requirements and/or clinical research data design requirements. Resumes need to identify that the candidate has the business analyst and business architecture experience. Systems architect experience is a bonus. Resumes that only show a technical background will be rejected. Key qualifications include the following: 1) Competency in data warehousing principles and design with experience gathering requirements for data management projects. 2) Experience working with clinical staff (e.g. clinical providers, physicians, research associates, principal investigators, HIMMS coders, business data analysts, medical chiefs); 3) Understanding of data generated through health information systems (either a familiarity in a range of clinical health systems such as Electronic Medical Records, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology systems or a competency in at least one of the aforementioned clinical health systems); and 4) Experience gathering information and requirements in both face-to-face settings as well as virtual-meeting environments.
