*Job Title : Salesforce Environment Analyst*

*Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required*
· 5 to 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience and
coordination across multiple teams
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce deployments and working
within a multiple Salesforce development teams
· Experience managing and implementing code across multiple
Salesforce environments

*Certified Salesforce.com Administrator OR Developer *· Good
understanding of Agile working practices
· Working knowledge *ANT Migration* tools is must
· Hands on experience in Setup and configuration of Salesforce
· Experience with Force.com IDE for development and deployment.
· Experience with Salesforce.com data migration tool Data Loader
and Demand Tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent
interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented
service-driven
environment
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks is critical
* Responsibilities*
· Managing various Salesforce Sandboxes
· Migrate Configuration/code to Sandboxes using *Change Set*,
*Force.IDE* and *ANT Migration* Tools
· Create and provide access to users to Salesforce application
· Review and update Salesforce code management practices including
use of code versioning and automated publishing tools
· Data management and upload
· Take Ownership of configuration/code migration activities and
provide status
· Manage effectively various Salesforce Sandboxes and responsible
for POC for App Exchange products
· Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
· Build reports, dashboards, workflows, customizations, etc. in
Salesforce.com
· Perform day-to-day Salesforce.com functions for database
maintenance
