This position will act as a liaison to several touch points in Comerica including the business Intranet Product Manager, IS Operations, Intranet Governance Board, and Domain Teams. This position is responsible for the technical aspects of the creation, maintenance and execution of the Intranet Product Roadmap in coordination with the Enterprise Intranet Business Product Manager. *Maintain technical aspects of product roadmap in coordination with the Enterprise Intranet Business Product Manager. Plan and prioritize feature, functionality and software releases** * · force the policies and procedures of the Intranet Governance Plan · Manage the Intranet Site Administrator & Site Owner certification program · Monitor and report on service level metrics · Oversee the continual data migration process and validate the shutdown of Lotus Notes · Provide a single point of contact for annual auditing and disaster recovery exercises · Provide technical guidance for scoping of new Intranet projects · Manage Development efforts of solution Developers · Coordinate tightly with Internal Corporate Communications for effective marketing of the Intranet *NOTE:* We have multiple opportunities with the same skill set, would appreciate if you could refer any of your friends/associates/colleagues.
