Title : *SQL Server Developer* Location : *Denver, CO* Duration : *6 + Months Contract * *Job Description:* • Experience with very large databases and/or data warehousing, Good knowledge of SQL • Some experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy. • Must be familiar with current version of MS SQL Server(general database knowledge/experience) • Application development experience in an SQL Server environment, Data Modeling/Relational Database Design • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to participate in code reviews and technical design meetings. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred. • Experience with data warehouse technologies and/or a back-end reporting system is required. • Work Experience and Education Guidelines: • Strong skills in SQL stored procedures, views, etc. • Ability to create, read, understand, and interpret Data Models. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent problem solving skills. • Core Competencies: • Knowledge of advanced mathematics, statistics or economics is a plus.
