Job Title : SFDC Admin Work Location : Sunnyvale, CA Rate : Market Duration : 12 Months Exp Required : Any Skills Required : .SFDC (Roles and profiles , Lead assignment rules , Queues and views , Formula fields, record types, page layout , Workflows and triggers , Custom objects , SFDC troubleshooting ) .Tools (Demand tools, Eloqua, Excel, Data loader, Jitterbit, ETL) .Marketing objects(Campaigns, campaign member, Leads: net new and revisit, Lead history, Contacts, Converting leads to contacts .Sales/Sales Ops objects (Opportunities, accounts, Forecasting, Orders, Quotes, Price books, Products) .Data & database management .They might posed real life scenarios they are facing - the scenarios pertain to out of the box features. .To assess the data quality and execute data projects. .Define the specific problems that are barriers to data quality. .Will run reports to find bad data, and then use Salesforce.com tools to fix them (Dataloader, DemandTools, Jitterbit etc). .In some cases he or she will write up a problem statement and give it to IT for them to write the code.
