*Location: Tampa – FL*

*Job Description:*

The Solutions Analyst serves as a change agent who identifies the
organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those
changes, and trains and motivates others to use the systems. In addition,
the Solutions Analyst ensures that the solution architecture aligns with
the established Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and principles. This role
will have a main focus on Supply Chain initiatives and end user support of
delivered solutions. The individual in this role will interact with
multiple departments (including but not limited to IT, Supply Chain,
Finance, Productivity, Operations, and R&D).



The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst must have strong analytical and
organizational skills as this role will manage multiple assignments
simultaneously. The Solutions Analyst should have a strong understanding of
systems with a strategic vision. They will translate functional business
requirements into the architecture for that solution and describing it
through the set of architecture and design artifacts. They must have a
working knowledge of relational databases, web and client-server concepts,
and be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals. The role requires the individual to possess subject matter expertise
in both the business and related technologies. The Supply Chain Solutions
Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design and deployment of the
necessary systems and processes to support supply chain solutions and
implementation efforts.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Maintain and manage key relationships with internal customers,
external third party solution providers, and functional teams across the
business.

·         Direct/lead design sessions with end users at all levels (VP,
Director, Mgrs, ICs).

·         Understands how to use technology to competitive advantage and
provide thought leadership to drive recommendations for continuous
improvement.

·         Adheres to enterprise architectural standards to ensure all
solutions are technically sound.

·         Participate in all aspects of IT product development and release
cycles, including post release assessment and analysis.

·         Keeps project managers, team members and business stakeholders
informed of critical issues, project status, changes, etc.

·         Able to pay attention to detail, but not get bogged down by it
(and prevent others from doing the same) in order to maintain agility and
rapidly move the agenda forward.

·         Lead proof of concept demonstrations for key stakeholders to gain
early feedback and alignment.

·         Work closely with third party solution providers to ensure client
requirements and service level agreements are met.

·         Ability to accept new roles and responsibilities to accommodate
changing business conditions and goals, as well as to tap into the skills,
talents, and roles of all other individuals on the team.



*Required Skills:*

·         *Six or more years’ experience working closely with corporate
business teams; Supply Chain (MUST HAVE) – Forecasting, Replenishment,
Logistics or Procurement. *

·         Ability to influence and direct both business and IT resources on
the right direction and approach.

·         Takes ownership of critical decisions, leading to resolution on
behalf of the business and IT.

·         Challenges the business to ensure the team is working on the
right things based on empirical information (ROI, LOE, etc.).

·         *Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and
enterprise software applications. *

·         *Experience with various system development lifecycles such as
waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods. *

·         *Restaurant or retail industry experience is preferred, but not
required. *

·         Knowledge of all areas of Supply Chain. Key areas include
Procurement, Logistics, Demand Planning and complex multi-node distribution
channels.

·         Experience with Supply Chain best practices, in accordance with
standards set by the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR).

to assist when needed



*EDUCATION:*

·         *Bachelors in Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain
or Technology-related field (MBA preferred) *

·         *Project Management Certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
