Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Agile Scrum Master – Project Manager* *Warren, MI* *6 months * *Job Details: * Manage software projects to ensure product delivery on schedule and with high quality Utilize software requirements to work with component teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule Proactively drive and coordinate different teams to ensure each milestones is reached on schedule Manage changes, risks, and issues. Ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively Track project progress and report status to the management team Take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed Monitor project quality assurance (QA) activities; Manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting and so forth Will work in an Agile environment, but will not be required to lead a Scrum team Familiarity with Agile method is required Seeking 10+ years of experience *Minimum Qualifications:* Ideally 2 years or more facilitating teams. Ideally 5 years in IT solutions provider environment Experience with globally distributed and virtual teams Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and practices Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience in one or more software development roles such as architecture, design, development, test, configuration management or quality assurance. University degree or equivalent. Certified Scrum Master Competent in MS Office, messaging, on-line purchasing, web-conferencing systems. Competent in enterprise project management tools and agile project management tools Broad technical knowledge spanning applications, infrastructure, methodologies, and tools Experience in working with business partners, technology teams and customers in defining requirements and managing deliveries Exceptional listening and communication skills with a strong ability to communicate business problems, alternatives and project strategy to a project team and customer groups Must be facilitative, objective and team-oriented Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to embrace change Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong presentation skills University degree or equivalent.
