We are looking for a strong BA with experience, however are willing to give on the ServiceNow background, as we are ultimately looking for a great BA candidate. ServiceNow experience . *PURPOSE: * Serves as a project/ leader or a project team member, on assigned projects, in identifying system requirements, analyzing processes/workflows, compiling data, assessing scope/risks, and implementing solutions. *ACCOUNTABILITIES: * • Applies interviewing and facilitation skills to interface with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs while providing system knowledge • Serves as a subject matter expert on various source systems. • Translates needs into effective business and functional requirements and source to target mapping documents; designs may change business practices, workflows and systems • Employs business analysis techniques to create business and functional requirements. • Analyze source system concepts and interfaces, business workflow and processing to understand impact in the data. • Define the correct source of data, analyzing its quality, calling out gaps and documenting the results of data usage.
