JAVA/HITS developers needed on the Lockheed Martin/SSA contract in Woodlawn.
They are actually looking for two types of people (both needing some type of
Health IT background though).  The first is Java skills with some HITS
background.  The second is more of an HITS person with some type of
technical knowledge (Java or XML). Let me know if  you have anyone- they
don't have to be local.  Thanks!

The key requirements are broken into two groups matching key skills required
for two types of positions. Please note that either of these positions are a
regular testing position!).

  
The first group is for interoperability testing with the following primary
skills: 
  
Experience with Java and J2EE technologies (Servlet, EJB, JDBC etc) 

Experience with Web Service technologies such as Simple Object Access
Protocol (SOAP), Web Service Definition Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web
Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission Optimization
Mechanism (MTOM), SWA

Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Access Control
Markup Language (XACML) processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.
Experience with ebXML is a plus.

  
Experience with Messaging systems/mechanisms (IBM MQ Series, Java Messaging
Services (JMS)). 
  
Experience with JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible
Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Security
Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and Transport
Layer Security (TLS)

  
Experience with web development frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts) 

Experience with UNIX operating system such as Sun Solaris 9. 

Possess a working knowledge of health IT standards, including but not
limited to, Integrating the Health Enterprise (IHE) Infrastructure Profiles
such as Cross-Community Access (XCA), Cross Enterprise Document Sharing
(XDS), Patient Demographics Query( PDQ), Patient Identifier Cross
Referencing(PIX), External Data Representation (XDR), and those standards
adopted by Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP).

  
Possess a thorough knowledge of NHIN and CONNECT specification 
  
  

The second group is for content (CCD document) testing and the primary
skills are: 
  
Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Access Control
Markup Language (XACML) processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc. 

  
Experience with health information technologies such as HL7, ICD9, SNOMED,
etc. 
  
Familiar with CCD verification (excellent understanding of HL7 RIM and CDA
is essential). 

Posses a working knowledge of Health Information Technology Standards Panel
(HITSP) approved standards that are related to clinical data.
