*Position : **Business Intelligence Team Lead* *Location : San Francisco, CA * *Duration :4 Month * *Rate : Open * *Min 10+ years of IT exp * * * *Start date is immediate, end date is 1/3/2010, with likely extension into 1H 2010.* * * *Will have in person interview after 2 telephonic rounds * *Business Intelligence Team Lead position. – Immediately need to start * *Must have prior implementation experience with BOBJ XI on Teradata.* As Team Lead, will be responsible for the following: 1. Interfacing with client personnel on all aspects of the BI Team activity within the overall engagement. 2. Support enterprise architecture requirements and design as they pertain to the optimal *deployment of Business Objects in a large scale Teradata environment.* 3. Capture business requirements from client personnel as input into technical architecture decisions, level-of-effort estimates and schedule *for deployment of BI applications*. 4. Interface with Teradata PS Engagement Manager on planning and execution of all BI-related work streams. Be responsible for project management life cycle activities pertaining to the BI Team. 5. Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure that BI tasks and deliverables are produced on schedule and to quality specifications. Development activity will include (but not be limited to) *logical and physical data modeling leveraging Teradata design principles, semantic layer modeling and design, universe design and development, report design, development, testing and deployment, dashboard design, development, testing and deployment, user documentation, knowledge transfer of Business Objects best practices to client IT staff. * Candidates must possess very strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to provide examples of requirements documentation and other client-facing deliverables if requested by our evaluation team. *Multiple phone interviews and (if practical) an onsite interview will be conducted to determine fit with our requirements*. *Position is based in San Francisco, CA.
