*Tester with Python scripting EXP* *Burlington , MA and Atlanta, GA* *Contract position * *Client :: HCL* *Job Description * · This project is building cloud platform and Constantly creating platform software and new features. · Developer /Tester with Python scripting , REST API testing (service level automation) with basic networking knowledge (Memory stack , process , network , configuring network ) with good experience on CI /CD skills . Should able to go thru hardware / software error handling (cloud infrastructure with Linux skills) · Fundamentally curious in nature , out of the box thinking attitude with continuous learning abilities 1. Linux familiarity? Should have solid working experience 2. Networking knowledge 3. Python familiarity - It should be a full time scripting person not the one using from the development team built scripts. 4. UI vs Backend testing - Must have spent more time automating on the backend not UI 5. Continuous integrations: Ability to articulate / created scripts and solid working knowledge . 6. API testing: Should have done automated testing using Python or other language tools not manually tested . *Basic understanding of one or more of* - Docker, Mesos, and Marathon - Basic understanding of routing protocols, http, and IPv6, working knowledge of tcpdump/wireshark.
