*Skills & Experience:*
· Knowledge of AIX
· Knowledge of BMC Patrol Agent technology, PCM Rules and log
scraping
· Knowledge of BMC Event Manager (BEM)
Must have 3 years experience integrating Patrol log scraping and passing
alerts to BEM.
Must have experience with MRL and policies within BEM.

*Responsibilities:*
· Work with customer to identify and scrape alert from AIX log
· Configure alert to routed to BEM (under guidelines from Lowe’s)
· Configure BEM to raise alert and cut Remedy ticket (under
guidelines from Lowe’s)
· Test each alert thoroughly with sign-off from Lowe’s
· Coordinate and implement into production
