Writing algorithms, Business Applications using PERL is a must. Good understanding of testing, and hands-on testing experience of Integration/System and Unit testing of applications. Good Analytical/Problem solving skills, and providing architectural solutions. Understand the requirements from Business and document those requirements, in Agile environment. Tuning the applications for Performance related issues is a must. Should be able to understand the all aspects for SDLC. Help the customer decide on Migration vs Build for the existing applications.
