Required Skills: • Experience and knowledge with Oracle and PeopleSoft modules o Human Resources o North American Payroll o Payroll Interface o BASE Benefits o Benefits Administration o Time & Labor o Stock Admin o eProfile o eProfile Mgr Desktop o eBenefits o ePay o eEquity o GL o HR Shared o AP o iExpenses o iProcurement o AR Projects o Fixed Assets o ADI o Discoverer. • 3-5 years Experience with successfully running diverse cross-functional teams. • Solid business knowledge as it relates to the brokerage industry, financial and capital markets. • Proven abilities in change management and leading large groups • Ability to conduct ROI analysis for potential and existing Projects. • Contract negotiation and management experience. • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant technology and/or financial services experience. • Minimum of 3-5 years Project Management experience. • Proficient MS Project Management and MS Office. • PMP Preferred. • Series 7, 63 or 24 is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities: The PeopleSoft Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for shepherding projects through the Project Lifecycle. The focus of this position will be on Oracle and PeopleSoft packages. The Project Manager will also provide global management for all project related activities and own ultimate accountability for the delivery of a project in accordance with business requirements and established deadlines. • Provide Project Management for large/medium projects and or programs and maintain high level Enterprise Project plans. • Provide expertise, communicate and implement Project Life Cycle for: o Timeline management o Issue Resolution and escalation o Communications & status reporting o Knowledge o Vendor Management o Risk Management o Stakeholder Management o Resource Management o Deliverable Management o Scope Management • Interface with business owners to understand their needs and secure appropriate project buy-in/sign-off throughout Life Cycle. • Ensure functional and technical solutions are accepted by sponsors prior to development. • Ensure that projects are phased into the appropriate development cycle. • Ensure project managers/business analysts follow PLC as defined by SPO. • Coordinate 'Swat Team' efforts to fix problem projects and get back on target. • Maintain historical records for all projects and provide year-end reporting and reasons for success and failure of each project. • Track progress and participate as necessary in business acceptance testing. • Drive generation of complete business requirements document. • Ensure alignment of the projects to the entire Portfolio and ensure consistency and coordinated delivery of projects. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
