Complete Description: The Project Manager defines, documents and executes large-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project; identifies assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project. The PM is responsible for creating cost estimates, milestones, and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project. The PM will have accountability for preparing and maintaining project and quality plans and tracking activities against a milestone based plan, providing regular and accurate reports as appropriate. The Project Manager monitors costs, milestones and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. The PM gains agreement for revisions to the project from project stake holders, ensures all parties are aware of project scope and milestones and provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. Certified SAP training is also a bonus. Behavior Characteristics: Ability to apply the standard Client application development methods covering the full development lifecycle (e.g., project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process.
