This includes responsibility for the technical oversight of design, build, test, and deployment of several projects simultaneously. *Requirements/Qualifications:* • Position will work in IT addressing the infrastructure needs within the following technology areas: o Network LAN / WAN Infrastructure and Security o Unified Messaging and Telephony Architecture o Remote Access Services o Client Services • Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager to assess the scope of new projects; conduct analysis and develop high-level design; validate the detailed design, and monitor the deployment of the delivered solution by an outsourced partner. • Periodically participate in validating, testing, and updating project documentation and standards. Participate as a team member on assigned projects. • Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability, and performance, and cost-effectiveness of the existing infrastructure. • Resolve issues with infrastructure-level service performance. • Adhere to the established SDLC methodologies, ITIL, and PMO processes and ensure that IT projects adhere to those standards and documentation requirements. • Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, validation, and other audit and security requirements. *Position Requirements Education: * • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university is required. *Experience: * • 4+ years of work experience in an IT infrastructure role with 2+ years of experience in designing solutions, and deploying technical solutions to meet business requirements. • Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in a variety of computing architectures and environments. • Excellent teamwork skills. • Demonstrated ability to work with different engineering resources to include internal, external, contracted staff augmentation resources, and outsourcing partners. • Focus on customer service. • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. *Special Skills/Abilities: * Technology understanding, ability to provide a solution which can meet detailed requirements, and optimize delivered technology solutions in one or more of the following areas: Network Architecture to include the following: *WAN, LAN, Network Design, Security Design, IP?
