I was able to build the non-debug rpms that I needed by commenting out
that section of the openafs.spec file. But that's just a work-around,
not a fix.

I'm hitting an error trying to build rpms for 1.8.0 or Fedora 27, kernel
4.15.15-300. I think it's an rpm packaging issue, as the normal
"./configure ; make ; make dest" does the Right Things.
It clips along nicely until:
