(http://ginseng.hep.wisc.edu/NetWorkerAFS.txt)? I'm new to OpenAFS.
I've had good experiences with Legato Networker on more conventional
filesystems. Just wondering how well the two play together. Thanks

Hello,
I'm attempting to install 1.4.0RC4 onto my machines and create a local
cell for myself to experiment with OpenAFS. Currently, I have SEAM (
Solaris 10 GA) running and working for user authentication. The

Okay Doug, I have another question. You reference $K5BUILD and $SYS in

populating the filesystem with various krb5 headers that (for reasons
unknown to us) Sun do not ship.
We know why the headers are not

In that section, it says:
If your cell has more than one server machine, it is best to run
more than one
as a database server machine (but more than three are rarely necessary).
But, the last paragraph in the section says:

Ok, here's the clarification:
A machine can be a database server or a fileserver, or both.
You have to have at least one machine providing database service. It is
preferrable that you have multiple machines -- either 3 or 5 -- 3 is
usually sufficient. It's important that they be an odd
