A week or two ago, Geoff migrated bugs (/etc?) from SF over to Github. After some fiddling, just now I figured out how to put the SF bug/etc trackers into read-only mode. If you go there yourself as a developer, you may still see the "Create" button but regular users won't.
If you are on this list and do not already have a Github account, consider creating one and clicking "Watch" over at our Github project to help us out with responding to bug reports, pull requests, etc. That's where 50% of the discussions are happening now.
