So, as it seems, the openca_0_9_2_0 branch doesnt't have problems with
this ;-) I didn't give the -r parameter when getting the CVS. This way the
OCSPD support works.

I downloaded the latest CVS and configured the source with --enable-ocspd.
While compiling it stops with this:
cd ocspd && make
make[4]: Entering directory `/usr/src/openca-0.9/src/ocspd'
