I need to create a card layout but am having lots of trouble locating
any information regarding this;

With the OCF bugs, they are just problems I pick up here from this
mailing list and around the Internet (like Gemplus's web site). It is
probably not a complete patch of all known problems in the OCF
library, since there isn't really a complete list floating around.
