Hi everyone,

A recent requirement is to be able to record that a specific 
observation/test/score was not performed and why. The case example is the 
Children's Global Assessment Scale (CGAS), which is part of the WHO Multiaxial 
classification of child and adolescent psychiatric disorders. In the Norwegian 
context, there's an added requirement to be able to record that the CGAS 
scoring was not performed, with two different codes for the reason why.

For now, our hypothesis is that this should be handled in the same was as 
excluding physical examinations; by inserting an exclusion CLUSTER archetype 
into a SLOT in the observation/test/score archetype in question. I've started a 
discussion on the CLUSTER.exclusion_exam archetype about whether that same 
archetype could also be used for this now purpose, or if we need to make a new 
but very similar one.
