Hi Athanasios, We have implemented the two level modeling approach in our OpenEHR-Gen project: http://code.google.com/p/open-ehr-gen-framework/ It is a generic system (a framework), so it can handle virtually any kind of archetyped data. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help.
