Hey all, Apologies for asking what is probably a simple question but I’m just starting out in this space now. My question is: If I have a patient record with ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes, Pharmacy codes, procedure codes, patient data such as age, sex, height, weight etc. and also free form clinical notes. Can I store all this kinda of data in a openEHR format? And if so could you provide me with a sample json of what that kind of patient record would look like?
Or point me in the right direction?
