Olof, In http://svn.openehr.org/ref_impl_java/BRANCHES/trunk-zm-merge/ you will find the XSDs that describe the OET format. These XSDs were based on a draft version of the Template specification and may not be up to date with the current version of the specification, but it is a start point.
