Great response.
The most important thing for me is to precisely define the semantic meaning of
the content in a composition. In this specific use-case the content of the
composition is always a copy of the primary source.
This means that the Discharge letter only bring one new thing in

FHIR was created July 2011, but you couldn't possibly have used it as a
base for this kind of PhD until maybe this year.

When I started my PhD in 2011 FHIR hardly existed/did not exist (I think).
Also, I name other reasons for the choice: "We chose to work with openEHR in
this thesis in order to set a research scope, and because of the advantage of
freely available and open-source
