1)Upgrade libnet-dns-perl from 0.81 to 1.06.
2)Modify LIC_FILES_CHKSUM, since the date in it has been changed, But the
LICENSE has not been changed.

No idea what is involved in migration from 5->10 Mariadb, but I note that
there's a recipe for the former in recipes-support:

One might take the skeleton of that to build their 10.x recipe I guess!

Please don't touch indentation for variables (FILES*, SRC_URI, etc) and only
fix the shell and python methods.
