2 things that you must *never ever* do: - uninstall a module with data: you may have screwed your database since it removed all the columns and data owned by the connector - install or upgrade modules using the 'Apps' menus, it would copy a version of the connector in a server folder instead of

Hi all, Just to follow up I still have this problem and are none the wiser. Can anyone explain what might cause the scheduler to not import sales orders, but once re-queued then do so? I have no visible failure message in the job log to follow up on and have already reinstalled the module so

Hi all, After grappling with an upgrade for weeks I decided to uninstall the connector and reinstall (even deleting the module files and re-adding). This went fine but for some reason sales order import seems to be broken. Scheduler is running, All jobs are being queued and say ‘successful’
