It seems there is problems building the distribution right now, so nothing new is being uploaded to nexus. having said that, our CSIT with pike/oxygen (from the 9th) is not seeing this problem. we are using ovs 2.7. you noted it's happening in latest oxygen, but then you noted it's working in newton. Does that mean the latest oxygen works with newton? if so, then maybe the problem is not on the ODL side?
